🎯 Your Mission
As our PBX Operator, you’ll be the first point of contact for phone inquiries, ensuring professional, prompt and accurate communication throughout the hotel.
📋 What You’ll Do
• Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate departments
• Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information
• Maintain call logs and records for operational purposes
• Support the front office and other departments as needed
• Communicate effectively to ensure smooth internal and guest communication
• Assist during busy periods to maintain high standards of service
💡 What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in a PBX, call center, front office or guest service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, friendly and guest-focused attitude
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Reliable, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
