As Student Services Administrative Clerk you will support the daily operations of the Student Services Department, delivering exceptional administrative, financial, and operational support to a diverse international student body, providing friendly and timely assistance to students enrolled across 80+ countries in our remote education programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Global Student Support: Act as the first point of contact for international student inquiries (enrollment, registration, documentation) via virtual channels, ensuring timely and compliant assistance.
Administrative & Data Management: Maintain precise student data in SIS/CRM systems, manage the official document process (transcripts, certificates), and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Financial Coordination: Monitor, record, and reconcile student tuition payments and refunds in collaboration with the Finance Department, and assist in preparing relevant reports.
Operational & Event Support: Provide logistical and administrative support for virtual student engagement events and contribute to the creation of student-facing communication materials.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key link between Student Services, Finance, and Admission teams to ensure a seamless student experience.

Ideal Candidate:

Postsecondary education in Office Administration, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, ideally in higher education or international student services.
Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and experience with SIS (ideally previous experience with Classter) and CRM (ideally previous experience with Zoho).
Operational knowledge of accounting software (Xero).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity when interacting with international students.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling both financial and academic records.
Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
