As Student Services Administrative Clerk you will support the daily operations of the Student Services Department, delivering exceptional administrative, financial, and operational support to a diverse international student body, providing friendly and timely assistance to students enrolled across 80+ countries in our remote education programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Student Support: Act as the first point of contact for international student inquiries (enrollment, registration, documentation) via virtual channels, ensuring timely and compliant assistance.
- Administrative & Data Management: Maintain precise student data in SIS/CRM systems, manage the official document process (transcripts, certificates), and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Financial Coordination: Monitor, record, and reconcile student tuition payments and refunds in collaboration with the Finance Department, and assist in preparing relevant reports.
- Operational & Event Support: Provide logistical and administrative support for virtual student engagement events and contribute to the creation of student-facing communication materials.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key link between Student Services, Finance, and Admission teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
Ideal Candidate:
- Postsecondary education in Office Administration, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, ideally in higher education or international student services.
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and experience with SIS (ideally previous experience with Classter) and CRM (ideally previous experience with Zoho).
- Operational knowledge of accounting software (Xero).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity when interacting with international students.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling both financial and academic records.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
