🎯 Your Mission
As a Junior Spa Therapist, you’ll deliver high-quality spa treatments while providing warm, personalized service. You’ll support the spa team, maintain treatment standards and help create memorable experiences for every guest.
📌 What You’ll Do
• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massage, facials and body therapies in line with training and hotel standards
• Provide professional, friendly and personalized service to all guests
• Conduct consultations to ensure appropriate treatments and guest safety
• Recommend aftercare advice and promote spa services and retail products
• Work consistently towards treatment and retail sales targets
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment and stock to the highest level of cleanliness and readiness
• Follow treatment protocols and assist senior therapists as needed
• Record guest preferences and treatment history for future personalization
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene procedures
• Report any maintenance or stock issues promptly to supervisors
• Attend training sessions to continuously improve treatment skills and product knowledge
• Support spa operations, including reception and host duties, when required
• Promote the Hard Rock brand through professional appearance and service delivery
💡 What We’re Looking For
• 1–2 years’ experience as a Spa or Beauty Therapist
• Recognized qualifications in massage, facials and body treatments (ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or equivalent)
• Luxury spa or hospitality experience preferred but not essential
• Passion for spa, wellness and guest care
• Willingness to learn and adapt to 5-star spa standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
• Confidence to recommend treatments and products
• Fluency in English; additional languages preferred
• Positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
