Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Executive will support the performance marketing and email automation efforts across our hotel brands. This role involves managing paid advertising campaigns, email marketing workflows, and reporting on KPIs to maximize bookings and engagement. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, highly analytical, and comfortable working with marketing systems and automation tools.
The role collaborates closely with the Ecommerce Manager, Marketing Designer, and operations teams to ensure campaigns are efficient, timely, and aligned with brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
- Manage email marketing and automations using MailerLite, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Build and improve marketing funnels (ads → landing pages → conversion)
- Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, email open/click rates, conversions) and provide actionable insights
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards for management
- Use AI tools to support content creation, testing, and workflow automation
- Support ongoing digital marketing projects across multiple hotel brands
Job Requirements
- Strong interest in performance marketing and email automation
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or email marketing tools
- Experience with or willingness to learn MailerLite, HubSpot, or similar automation platforms
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Quick learner who enjoys working with systems, dashboards, and data
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
Nice to Have
- Basic design sense: ability to create simple visuals for ads, emails, or social media
- Basic video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Rush, etc.)
- GA4 or basic tracking knowledge
- WordPress or landing page experience
- Hospitality or e-commerce background
- Experience using AI tools for marketing
