As our GCS Coordinator, you’ll oversee guest requests, assist with special services and ensure that all guest interactions are handled efficiently and professionally.
📋 What You’ll Do
• Coordinate guest services, requests and special arrangements
• Communicate effectively with different hotel departments to ensure seamless service
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences
• Handle inquiries, feedback and resolve issues promptly
• Support the team during busy periods and contribute to a positive guest experience
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements where needed
💡 What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in guest services, front office or hospitality coordination
• Strong organizational, communication and multitasking skills
• Guest-focused mindset and passion for hospitality
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Positive attitude, reliability and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
