As our Rockshop Supervisor, you’ll assist in managing daily store operations, support the team, and help deliver outstanding service to every guest.
📋 What You’ll Do
• Supervise and support the Rockshop team in daily activities
• Assist with stock management, merchandising, and store presentation
• Provide excellent service to guests and assist with inquiries or purchases
• Support achieving sales targets and monitor store performance
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety
• Assist in training and developing team members
💡 What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Guest-focused mindset and passion for hospitality
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail
