🎯 Your Mission
As our Runner, you’ll be a key part of the restaurant team, ensuring dishes and drinks move quickly and efficiently from the kitchen to the guests, helping every visitor enjoy a seamless experience.
📋 What You’ll Do
- Deliver food and drinks from kitchen and bar to tables accurately and promptly
- Support servers to ensure excellent guest service
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Assist with setting up and resetting tables for service
- Communicate closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth flow
- Respond to guest requests and support staff with a positive attitude
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
💡 What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Runner, Food & Beverage Assistant, or in a similar role
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Guest-focused mindset and passion for hospitality
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the Hard Rock spirit 🎤
