🎯 Your Mission
As our Banqueting Supervisor, you’ll oversee banqueting operations, ensuring events run smoothly, guests are satisfied, and service standards exceed expectations.
📋 What You’ll Do
- Supervise and coordinate the banqueting team during events
- Ensure smooth setup, service, and breakdown of events
- Monitor service quality and maintain brand standards
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Assist with training and guiding staff to ensure excellent service
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen, bar, and events team
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and organization
💡 What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Banqueting Supervisor, Event Supervisor, or similar role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Guest-focused mindset and passion for hospitality
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the Hard Rock spirit 🎤
