🎯 Your Mission
As our Usher, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests attending shows, dining, or events, ensuring they are guided efficiently, feel welcomed, and enjoy a seamless experience.
📋 What You’ll Do
- Greet and welcome guests with energy and professionalism
- Guide guests to their assigned seats quickly and safely
- Assist with crowd management and maintaining order
- Provide guests with information about the venue, shows, and services
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns with a positive attitude
- Maintain tidy and organized entrance and seating areas
- Support the team during busy periods and contribute to a positive atmosphere
💡 What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as an Usher, Guest Service Associate, or in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Guest-focused mindset and passion for hospitality
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the Hard Rock spirit 🎤
