🎯 Your Mission
As our Gym Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for gym guests, providing information, assisting with bookings and creating a positive and energetic atmosphere.
📋 What You’ll Do
• Welcome and assist gym guests with professionalism and a friendly attitude
• Manage bookings, check-ins, and guest inquiries
• Provide accurate information about facilities, classes and schedules
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe reception and gym area
• Support the team during busy periods and contribute to a positive environment
• Handle guest feedback and resolve minor issues promptly
💡 What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in reception, customer service or fitness center is a plus
• Friendly, approachable and guest-focused attitude
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage
• Reliable, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
