🎯 Your Mission
As our Gym Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations, support the team and ensure that all guests receive exceptional service.
📋 What You’ll Do
• Supervise and motivate the gym team to deliver excellent guest service
• Manage bookings, schedules and daily operations
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and organization of the gym area
• Provide accurate information about facilities, classes and services
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues efficiently
• Support training and development of team members
💡 What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in a fitness supervisor, reception or customer service role
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Guest-focused mindset and passion for fitness and hospitality
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Positive attitude, reliability and attention to detail
