🎯 Your Mission
As our Kitchen Larder, you’ll be responsible for preparing and organizing ingredients, ensuring that the kitchen runs efficiently, and supporting the chefs to deliver top-quality dishes consistently.
📋 What You’ll Do
• Prepare, clean, and organize ingredients for daily service
• Assist chefs with mise en place and kitchen prep
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organization
• Ensure proper storage of food items and monitor stock levels
• Support the kitchen team during busy periods
• Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines carefully
• Help reduce waste and maintain a safe working environment
💡 What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in a kitchen, larder, or food preparation role is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for food, teamwork, and hospitality
• Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage

As our Rockshop Senior Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily store operations, support your team, and ensure that guests enjoy a seamless and memorable shopping experience.

• Lead and motivate the Rockshop team to deliver excellent service
• Manage stock, merchandising, and store presentation
• Assist guests with inquiries, purchases, and special requests
