🎯 Your Mission
As our Host, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring everyone feels welcome, managing reservations, and helping the restaurant run smoothly from the moment guests arrive.
📋 What You’ll Do
- Greet and welcome guests with energy and professionalism
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Assist with waitlist management and guest inquiries
- Support servers and runners to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest requests and feedback with a positive attitude
- Maintain a tidy and organized host station and entrance area
- Collaborate with the team to create a seamless guest experience
💡 What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Host, Guest Service Associate, or in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Guest-focused mindset and passion for hospitality
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the Hard Rock spirit 🎤
