A vacancy has now arisen for the following post:
Finance Officer
Responsibilities:
- Compiling and Reconciling Management Accounts on a Monthly Basis consisting of the Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Profit and Loss and Other Comprehensive Income, Statement of Changes in Equity, Statement of Cash Flows and Relevant Notes;
- Assisting Auditors during their routine audit cycle and Preparation of Annual Financial Statements;
- Preparation of VAT Returns and Recap Statements and VAT Notices;
- Preparation of Cash Flow Forecasting on a Monthly Basis;
- Processing Monthly Payment Runs and Preparing Sales Invoices;
- Entry of Data on the System and Posting to the Relevant Ledgers;
- Submitting the required reports/submissions within the stipulated deadlines with Regulatory Authorities. Other reporting and related tasks.
Qualifications required:
- Partly ACCA qualification or equivalent.
