We are a well-established furniture company based in
Msida, seeking a mature and responsible individual to join our team in an administrative role.
This is a full-time or part-time position, with the possibility of working full-time reduced hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling customer claims for damages and repairs
- Following up with clients and ensuring timely resolution
- Logging claims and overseeing the after-sales process
- Booking technician visits and ordering replacement parts
- Managing paperwork and overseeing internal processes
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Maltese (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office software, especially Excel
- Experience with Shireburn software is an asset
- Previous experience in customer care or claims handling is a plus
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail
- Positive and professional attitude
