This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days look the same, perfect for someone who thrives on coordination, communication, and problem-solving.
🧩 What You’ll Be Doing
As Project Coordinator, you’ll support the General Manager and take ownership of coordinating resources, timelines, people, and information across multiple projects. Your impact will be felt from project kick-off to final delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with Procurement, Logistics, suppliers, and contractors to keep projects on track
- Liaising directly with clients to define scope, requirements, and timelines
- Breaking projects into activities, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress
- Scheduling deliveries, stand-up meetings, and stakeholder check-ins
- Preparing project documentation, plans, reports, and status updates
- Conducting site visits to assess logistics, measurements, access, and equipment needs
- Identifying risks, resolving issues, and managing project changes
- Ensuring deadlines are met, and taking action when they’re at risk
In short, you’ll be the glue that holds everything together.
