Job Description
We’re on the lookout for an
HR Business Partner – Business Support (HRBP-BS) who’s passionate about people, performance, and purposeful culture.
What You’ll Be Up To:
As our HRBP, you'll be at the heart of our people strategy — enhancing the employee experience through every step of the employee experience. Think of yourself as a trusted coach, culture builder, and change champion all rolled into one.
You’ll:
- Align people plans with business priorities through strategic OKRs
- Drive employee engagement through feedback, wellness, and inclusion initiatives
- Use data and insights to make people-focused decisions that matter
- Foster transparency, build trust, and be a voice for our teams
- Develop talent and champion career growth with tailored training programs
- Lead change with clarity, creativity, and care
- Ensure compliance with labor laws while living our core values
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of broad HR role supporting business leaders (most preferably as HRBP or HR generalist/HR Specialist)
- Experience of working in an international environment, iGaming is a plus
- Proven experience partnering with business leaders to deliver operational and strategic HR solutions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, trusted advisor to leadership
- Ability to influence and coach managers at all levels
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
