What You'll Do
- Reservation Management between foreign operators and local suppliers.
- Managing individual & leisure group travel arrangements
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through a high standard and customer focused work ethic
- Building and developing relationships with local suppliers and valued international clients
- Growing and learning within a dynamic environment in the tourism sector in Malta
- Staying ahead of industry trends and contribute to shape the tourism segments we operate in.

What We're Looking For
An experienced tourism professional who:
- Takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Excels in relationship building and handling cross-cultural communication
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, customer care and attention to detail
- Is proficient in MS Office suite and digital platforms
- Communicates fluently in English (Italian, French, German and Maltese language skills are a plus)
- Has proven experience in destination management or similar tourism role
- Is an EEA/EU/Swiss national living in Malta for at least 5 years.
