Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Executive located in Marsa. The Logistics Executive will be responsible for managing daily logistics operations, coordinating supply chain activities, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with sales. The role involves communication with clients and partners to ensure the smooth handling of air, sea and road transportation needs.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Can speak, read and write in Maltese, English and Italian
- Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management experience
- Sales skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using logistics software and tools, including M365 and have an ECDL certification
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- IATA cargo in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related freight forwarding field is preferred
- Possess a valid Maltese driving licence
