We’re looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support our growing operations team. The ideal candidate is highly organised, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is an Excel and Google Sheets whiz who loves turning data into smooth processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain records of stock levels, production, and shipments.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and third-party suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Validate invoices, proformas, and delivery documentation for accuracy.
- Track warehouse and transport activities, promptly resolving discrepancies or issues in various locations across EU
- Prepare and manage documentation for international deliveries and transfers.
- Generate detailed operational reports and dashboards using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Collaborate across departments to improve lead times, quality, and pricing efficiency.
- Support the Director with daily operational insights and continuous process improvement.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse processes (inbound and outbound) and stock control.
- Knowledge of European customs procedures is advantageous but not essential.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (mandatory).
- A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a positive team attitude.
