Automotive Sales Assistant
💰 €15,200 - €20,600 Yearly + Commission.
QPARTZ is looking for a driven Sales Assistant with a genuine passion for premium cars. We are seeking a proactive individual who knows their way around a BMW or Porsche and thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing inquiries, securing sales, and utilizing modern technology to maximize your efficiency and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling all client communications (in-person and online) and guiding customers through their purchase process, requiring excellent people skills.
- Managing the flow of goods, including supplier follow-ups, deliveries, and stock handling.
- Using our social media channels as sales tools—posting daily updates, stories, and responding to direct messages to generate leads.
- Utilizing AI tools to streamline daily tasks and create content efficiently.
Requirements (Must-Haves)
- A valid driving license.
- Fluent spoken and written English and a strong understanding of Maltese.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (people) skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload effectively.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience in the automotive industry or a strong passion for cars (especially BMW/Porsche).
- Familiarity with general productivity and editing tools, such as Canva, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Prior experience and/or qualification in retail sales, customer care or a related field.
- Experience creating content for social media.
- A genuine passion for BMWs. We will favour candidates that have owned or currently own a BMW or Porsche vehicle (project car also applies).
