WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are seeking a Data Analyst to support the wider business with insights, reporting, and tools that drive smart decision-making. You will work with our BI tools and databases to deliver clear, impactful analysis and help optimise commercial performance across the organisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing, maintaining, and improving dashboards, reports, and analytical tools.
- Supporting month-end reporting cycles and helping identify any issues or anomalies.
- Working closely with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into meaningful insights.
- Performing deep-dive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Validating operational data across internal systems and ensuring data accuracy.
- Reviewing business performance and communicating findings to stakeholders.
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and the preparation of business cases.
- Analysing business processes and recommending cost-efficiency improvements.
- Contributing to the development of data structures and internal reporting standards.
- Supporting the business with ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.
WHO ARE YOU?
- A minimum of 3 years experience in analytics or data science related field within iGaming.
- Experience with forecasting and prediction models, player segmentation, and quantitative analysis.
- Understanding of Tableau or similar BI tool.
- Understanding of SQL databases and data structures.
- Programming experience is a big plus (any language)
- Industry experience
- Strong ability to analyse needs of the business and communicate these needs to stakeholders and development teams.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in addition to a skill for presenting sorting, segmenting, and communicating figures visually. Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Initiative to work independently, but also able to work effectively with team members in different locations.
- Flexibility and adaptability to business requirements and priority changes.
- Excellent organizational skills
