We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Sales & Marketing enthusiast to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a self-starter who is passionate about the automotive world—especially BMW & Porsche—and has a strong talent for digital marketing and content creation.
You will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, using the latest AI tools to create engaging content, generate posts and images, and automate our marketing workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales activities and customer interactions, requiring excellent people skills.
- Analyze marketing data to optimize campaign performance.
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns using AI-powered tools.
- Generate written and visual content for social media, our website, and other digital platforms.
- Implement marketing automation strategies to nurture leads and engage our audience.
Requirements (Must-Haves)
- A valid driving license.
- Demonstrable proficiency in using AI tools for marketing (e.g., content generation, image creation, automation).
- A very strong I.T. background and excellent digital literacy.
- Fluent spoken and written English and a strong understanding of Maltese.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (people) skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload effectively.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
- A formal qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a sales-focused role.
- Experience in or knowledge of the automotive industry.
- A genuine passion for BMWs. We will favour candidates that have owned or currently own a BMW or Porsche vehicle.

- Wage: Monthly wage of €1,400 + commission.
