What you will do:
- Execute day-to-day marketing activities at store and country level
- Apply brand guidelines across all local campaigns, stores, and marketing materials
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and ads across digital and offline channels
- Track engagement, analyse performance, and report on digital, media, and campaign KPIs.
- Coordinate in-store and external events, ensuring smooth execution and brand alignment
- Manage in-store marketing, merchandising, POS materials
- Coordinate with local influencers, media contacts, and partners
- Execute local CRM campaigns (SMS, email, loyalty push)
- Maintain marketing calendars and budget sheets up to date
- Collaborate with the brands and align with their processes to support ongoing marketing activities
- Work closely with the design, sales, and other teams to ensure effective implementation of initiatives
- Gather and share customer feedback, competitor activity, and store sales data

What you will bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 3+ years of proven experience in a Marketing role with a focus on brand activation, preferably in the fashion/lifestyle retail industry
- Online and offline marketing experience
- Creative thinking and adaptability to dynamic marketing landscapes
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
