Key responsibilities will include:
- Define, design, and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy
- Create eye-catching and engaging presentations that guide the customer throughout the store
- Manage window displays, signage, interior presentations, floor plans, and special promotion presentations
- Identify key messages and define a clear picture of the result
- Invent, revise and present design ideas with assistant merchandisers
- Act in accordance with the culture, products, image, and target market of the company
- Ensure costs and work stay within budget
- Change layouts to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes
- Study lifestyles, demographics, and design trends
- conduct product training for store teams
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge required:
- Experience required: 3 years
- Mastering merchandising techniques
- Know how to apply the recommendations of upstream merchandising and adapt them according to the characteristics of the store
- Be proactive in improving and evolving the visual identity
- Know how to explain the principles of merchandising to change the practices of the sales teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bac +3 (bachelor) or more
